Lopez X Construction measures every opening to 1/16 of an inch, and the manufacturer builds each window and door to those measurements. Most of the time the existing frame stays in place, so your trim, drywall, paint and siding stay untouched. That fit is how our crew installs 10 to 15 windows in one day.
