Meet Omar Lopez
Omar Lopez started Lopez X Construction in Forest Hills in 2019. He comes to every estimate, learns what you need from your windows and doors, and inspects each one. He brings a sample window so you can touch it, knock on it and test it before you choose.
Customers tell us our install crew is "freaking good," and the compliment we hear most is about install quality. We take pride in what we do. We fix what needs fixing and leave the rest of your home alone.
Window Installation Experts Certified by OSI
Lopez X Construction installers are OSI Certified. OSI is a sealant manufacturer owned by Henkel, and its certification trains installers to seal windows and doors the way OSI specifies.
What the Certification Covers
The OSI training covers window and door flashing, the building envelope, joint and bead basics, and OSI's window and door sealing system. It applies to new and replacement installs.
Why Sealing Matters in Michigan
A window sealed the wrong way lets water and weather into the wall. Freeze-thaw cycles and snow on the sills make that damage worse every winter.
OSI's Warranty on Its Product
OSI backs its sealant products with a warranty for certified installers.
